Why are there clocks on the calendar pages?
1. When you click on the clock you will be taken to a page that gives additional details about the event.

If your computer has Microsoft Office Outlook an event can be added to your personal calender by clicking on the clock on the calendar, then by clicking the tab on the linked page. You will be prompted to complete an Outlook scheduling email and you may send the email to anyone who has access to the Outlook program. Once the email is received, the recipient can click on the "accept" button to have it added the his/her personal calendar. The feature is not available if you do not have Outlook.
